Site Controller (f/m/d)
This key role will be the commercial finance expert on site, partnering with the Site Management team to drive performance improvement and deliver the Site targets. Reporting to and coordinating with Group Finance, you will be responsible for the financial analysis, planning and reporting for this site. You will also implement / maintain efficient processes and controls to ensure accurate data provision, preparing insightful commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Costing, portfolio profitability analysis and production controlling
· Commercial and investment analysis and other ad-hoc project work
· Support of operational improvement activities and intiatives
· Financial planning over short-, medium- and long-term horizons
· Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reports for the site
· Oversight and optimisation of site liquidity
Position Requirements:
Must have:
· Prior experience of Controlling in a manufacturing business
· Experience working with SAP FI/CO
· A commercial mindset
Must be:
· A team player, focused on delivering for the team
· A good communicator in German and English (business fluent)
· An analytical and accurate person
· Available regularly on site in Berlin
