Looking for your next challenge? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our technical team and help keep our Plant Maintenance operations running smoothly.

 

What are your responsibilities?

 

You’ll play an important role in supporting our site services, working with:

  • Purified water systems
  • Utilities (medical compressed air, nitrogen, etc.)
  • Production areas and cleanrooms
  • General facility maintenance and services

 

You’ll be part of a team of about 50 technical professionals, with around 10 colleagues focused specifically on plant maintenance services.

What we hope you bring

  • Solid know-how in automation engineering
  • Around 5 years of experience with Building automation systems and/or Cleanrooms or purified water systems
  • A relevant engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
  • Experience leading projects, people, or operations
  • Good IT skills (MS Project is a plus)
  • Ability to read and create technical drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Fluent Finnish and strong English skills
  • Willingness to travel when needed
  • Openness to occasional on-call duty (~1 week/month)
