Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:

 

 

Automation:

  • Maintain equipment in the fields of industrial automation and instrumentation and ensure that equipment is always running smoothly.
  • Monitor equipment performance (breakdown rate, expenditure per piece of equipment, etc.)
  • Assist colleagues with technical problems
  • Participate in drawing up functional specifications for new investments
  • Diagnose problems, propose solutions and ensure their implementation
  • Carry out tests and start up installations
  • Monitor the analysis and programming of PLCs, drives and other control systems
  • Control and manage technical documentation (general and operational)

 

 

MES :

  • Diagnose problems in collaboration with production and quality teams, propose solutions and ensure their implementation.
  • In line with the MES improvement master plan
    • Participate in defining requirements
    • Write GMP documentation for the projects
    • Develop applications using appropriate tools
    • Validate applications with the quality department
    • Deploy applications to users
  • Participate in group deployment of specific applications, in collaboration with global MES teams
  • Ensure continuous improvement of MES applications

 

 

 

Your skills :
You holds a BTEC or an engineering degree in automation, process or IT. You have some knowledge of electrical engineering, pneumatics and/or IT development.
You have a good level of written and spoken English.
Dynamic and able to combine flexibility and rigor, team spirit and autonomy, you will be able to put your excellent operational knowledge to good use.
